Watched the first ep of Real Housewives of O.C.
I think it's interesting to see how the marriages are affected by financial problems. It's fascinating to watch the dynamics of the relationship when there is no longer endless sums of money to keep oneself busy shopping. I guess that's when we come face to face with who we're married to and why we married them. And what's left of the "real" relationship.
I think loss of income is also when a man's pride is tested more than ever, when he's not the big financial provider that he once was.
It's also fascinating to see how friendships are affected when one person still has a lot of money and one doesn't.

the real friendships of atlanta
It is SO CLEAR from watching the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion that there is not one genuine friendship among the women. They all come off as catty and stuck on themselves, especially Sheree and NeNe.
The only person with their head sewed on straight is Kandi.
Kim saying she'd wait tables to keep her kids clothed and fed? Are you fucking KIDDING me?! I haven't seen that woman do a lick of work since she's been on the show! Even when she was singing, she had to stop and take smoke breaks, and she acted like it was the most exhausting thing she'd ever done. Who doesn't KNOW that she'd just find herself another rich man? Work....bahahahahahah. That's a hoot.

life is a circle
I was rather shocked to read about A.J.'s death. I didn't even know he and Kandi had broken up.
Speaking of Kandi, I HATE the way NeNe talks about her all the time. I almost LMAO the other night when NeNe told Kandi that she never talks about her because she doesn't know her. And yet that didn't stop her and that gay dude who thinks he knows fashion from talking about A.J. the day after they met him. They rambled on and on, making fun of the guy while they shopped.
And what is up with them having that gay dude on the show all the time? I didn't realize he was a Housewife.
How tacky of Kim not to show up at Kandi's show after Kandi gave her all that help with her song. Kim seems like such a user. Big Poppa is evidence of that. Great example for your two girls, Kim. Teach them that they too can grow up and never have to use their talents or creativity or WORK. Just latch onto a rich dude. It's apparent that Kim hasn't done much physical work in her life. She acted like laying down the tracks for Tardy for the Party was backbreaking work.

thoughts on this week's show
Sheree was lying through her teeth when she said she missed the fashion show because of her kid's concert. I think she's the divisive one of the group. Her whole deal is turning the women against each other. How pathetic that they make her job so easy by believing her bullshit. Speaking of Sheree, I nearly LMAO last week when she said, "I don't like to tell everyone my business." Yeah, that's why she's on television telling everyone her business.
This week, Kim dropped a cool 3k plus shopping for her kid and said, "I shop like the bill is never going to come." Uh, DUH. You're paid for sex, of course the bill isn't going to come. Then she said, "It's scary when you rely on someone financially." And yet, she doesn't have a job of her own. Go figure... It's swell that Kim adores her kids because "they're mini-me's." Nice to see it's about someone other than...oh yeah, it's all about her.

thoughts on Thursday's ep
I love how Sheree said she was going to "take the high road" with Kim, then stood around with Lisa talking about Kim behind her back, and being all snippy and ignorant.
I think it was wrong of Lisa to exploit her brother's memory by showing any of that on the show. It cheapened the whole thing and visiting the grave SHOULD have been a private thing. Going to the grave should have been Lisa's decision, after all as Sheree said, she is "... a grown ass woman." But none of that belonged on the show.
Why do I get the feeling Kim is suddenly hanging around Kandi because she's in the music business? Kim really needs to stop fooling herself into thinking she can sing. She can't. Of course, I'm sure money can buy a singing career and her sugar daddy seems to have an endless supply of it.

Gotta love Lisa's husband. Immediately after the doctor gives them a big laundry list of things that could go wrong during her pregnancy now that she's in her 30's, her husband says, "We're not going to have annnny problem having a baby."

how pathetic
I think the Real Housewives of Atlanta (season two) are by far the most pathetic bunch of women I've seen so far. The backstabbers belong in grade school.
Last season Kim and Sheree were thick as thieves and wanted nothing to do with NeNe. This season Sheree and NeNe are thick as thieves and want nothing to do with Kim. Sheree is mouthing off and telling NeNe everything Kim said about her behind her back.
And NeNe thinks this is a GOOD thing?! Get real, girl. Sheree will be blabbing everything YOU said next chance she gets. She's not a friend. She's a miserable witch who is trying to drive a wedge between you and Kim the same way she did last season. This time she's approaching it differently. How clever she is, too. When NeNe said she was going to call Kim to see if she actually said any of those things, Sheree and that other twit housewive immediately said that Kim would probably lie and make them look bad if she did call. Riiiiight. Could it be that they look bad because they're nothing more than troublemakers?
And what the HELL is up with Sheree and that oversided ego of hers?! She's actually going to have a party where guys carry her in and someone writes a poem specifically about her? I LMAO when she said she wanted the person who was going to write the poem to get in touch with her so she could talk about everything she's 'overcome'. One things for sure: she'll NEVER overcome that massive ego of hers. She couldn't be any more self-absorbed if she tried.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey:
I can't help but wonder what it is that Danielle has over Dina. Some are speculating that Danielle gave Dina's ex bro in law some phone numbers of guys Dina dated, saying that the ex bro doesn't think Dina's daughter is his brothers. Other people say Danielle suggested he call Child Social Services.
WHATEVER it is, it's big because Dina is doing a total backpedal on all of this. Suddenly she's all. "let's just put this behind us and move on". Very interesting, but I doubt we'll ever find out what it is.
And what was up with Danielle's rude gay friend being ignorant to Theresa? He's such a diva.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta
I thought it was hilarious that the first question everyone wanted to ask Kim on the Reunion show (first season) was why she insisted on telling everyone she's only 29. LOL!!! I also found it really funny that the first thing she said was that she wasn't 29, "as opposed to say, 39." Yeah, that's what we all think: 39.
I find it hard to believe that a 29 y.o. would have to get botox injections and it's fairly clear she's had lip injections, too.
I also find it incredibly difficult to believe that she didn't know "Big Poppa" had money when she first met him. How about the more important issue: did she know he was married?! Coincidentally I'm SURE, the guys she's been linked with since she supposedly broke up with "Big Poppa"....also filthy rich.

They're running a new segment on July 9th, calling it "lost footage". Really? The season just ended, how could they have TIME to lose any footage? Call it what it is, Bravo. An lame attempt to garner more ratings.
I LMAO when I watched The Reunion show and Danielle only admitted to having botox. PUHLEEZE. Her brows are half way up her forehead.
